If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport

*3. Transcripts of previous academic record

Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

*4. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors

Recommendation letters should have the employment institution, contact information and signature of professors or associate professors.

*5. Research Proposal

800 words or above.

6. Published paper, dissertation or other academic achievements

*7. Photocopies of the highest diploma, graduation certificate or diploma certificate attained.

University students or employed applicants should provide proof of studying or employment. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must provide notarized translations in Chinese or English.

*8. Certification of no criminal record

Documents in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization; Provided by local police office; Generally only valids in 3~6 months

*9. Physical Examination Form

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

*10. Language proficiency test certificate

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
